Super Game Coders

Learn how to code by building amazing games you love to play!

The program focuses on equipping children with fundamental coding skills necessary for two key aspects: creating simple games and enhancing incomplete pre-designed games. In the first part, children learn to build their own games, while in the second part, they practice identifying and addressing missing elements in pre-designed games by adding and fixing the corresponding code. Through these activities, the children gain hands-on experience in using and connecting code blocks, and they develop the ability to construct instruction sequences that animate the game’s characters in accordance with the specified game rules.

Topics covered: Planning, sequencing, repetition, automation, pattern recognition, motion, broadcasting messages, and adding special effects.

Highlights

  1. Gives the opportunity to create own games.
  2. Develops problem solving skills when building, completing, troubleshooting, and fixing scripts.
  3. Develops logical thinking skills when coding, decoding and estimating.
